Like all products from the Chubby Stick line, this eye shadow comes in the form of a mega-sized crayon, which makes it ideal for touch-ups on the go. The outer packaging matches the colour of the shadow perfectly. The shade name is printed in silver to go with the cap.

The dome-shaped bullet allowed the shadow to go on smoothly without any tugging. One swipe provides a sheerer finish, but we prefer going over our lids about three to four times for a saturated look. ‘Ample Amber’ is a beautiful, coppery-bronze shade with a frosted finish. The colour leans more towards the warmer side but does have a hint of pink to it.

We wore this eye shadow for a full day of work and by the end of the day, we were not disappointed. The shadow stayed true to colour and shimmery despite it being a hot day. It also proved to be waterproof – a fact we realised after we mistakenly washed our face. Those with oily lids may need to layer it over a primer, as it can migrate around your lid.
Creamy, lightweight and shimmery, this shadow can be worn both at night and in the day. We love the fact that it gives our eyes a natural look, yet manages to open them up. All in all, we highly recommend that you succumb to the metallic mania and buy this gorgeous shade immediately!
