Origins Out Of Trouble 10 Minute Mask To Rescue Problem Skin

Women across the globe will agree when we say that there is nothing more frustrating that getting a zit. Somehow these painful, red spots flare up on the most important days of our lives and add to all the stress! Since we’re constantly on the hunt for a solution, we decided to try out Origins Out Of Trouble 10 Minute Mask To Rescue Problem Skin. Here is our review.

On the ingredient front, this product seems prepped for the battle against blemishes. Comprised of a trio of Zinc Oxide, Sulfur and Camphor, the mask claims to purify skin and sop up any excess oil.

When it comes to packaging, Origins sticks to its tried-and-tested formula. The squeezable tube is lightweight enough to travel with, and dispenses the right amount of product. The crisp, white packaging and green lettering are a nod to the no-nonsense approach of the product. Along with the directions for use, the list of ingredients is also mentioned at the back.

As instructed, we applied the mask on our face after cleansing. Although the consistency was on the thicker side, we found that the product spread fairly easily. However, you will require a substantial amount to over your entire face. The mask also has a strong, medicinal scent, which can be off-putting.

As soon as the formula touched our skin, we noticed a cooling sensation. Over time, a few of us felt that the mask was irritating our face. After persevering for the allotted 10 minutes, we used a damp washcloth to take the mask off. This did take a bit of time, so we recommend that you be gentle and patient with your skin.

The results? Surprisingly good. Whilst the mask did calm down our inflamed zits, the real magic occurred during the next few days. Our T-zones were decidedly less greasy and our face stayed blemish-free. However, the mask is very drying so we suggest that you apply a moisturiser after using it. Those of you with sensitive skin should avoid this product entirely as it causes redness.

All in all, this heavy-duty mask can be a saviour for those with acne-prone or oily complexions. Apply it as a spot treatment to zap your zits, or all over when you are having a particularly bad skin day.
