I’ve tried cat eyes, winged tips and smoky eyes, but the liner technique I love the most is lining my lower lash line! A thin, precise line on the lower waterline takes the look from good to great… that is until it all smudges and gives me the dreaded raccoon eye!
I’ve searched high and low, and tried out tons of products, till I stumbled upon the easiest and most effective solution! Follow the steps below for budge-proof liner.
Step One
Use a pencil or gel formula, and draw a thin line onto your lower waterline. Use short strokes and fill in the gaps between your lashes, for a more natural look.
Step Two
Dip a flat eye shadow brush into pressed powder. For best results, go with a translucent powder or one that matches with your skin tone.
Step Three
Sweep the brush across your lower lash line, making sure to touch the liner. This will ensure that the liner sets, and does not stray.
